On December 5, the IOC Executive Committee banned the Russian team from participating in the Olympics in PyeongChang under the national flag despite having found no evidence of so-called "institutional doping" in Russia.
Russian sportsmen compete in PyeongChang under neutral flag, being the team designated Olympic Athletes of Russia.
