China's economy shows first signs of recovery, says statistics agency





BEIJING (Reuters) - China's economy is showing the first signs of recovery and there will be more positive signs in the coming months as government support policies gain strength, said on Friday the National Agency of Statistics of the country.

Sheng Laiyun, a spokesman for the agency, said that there is a high possibility that China's production has recovered in November due to the improvement in domestic demand, according to a statement on the agency's website.

Sheng reiterated be fully confident that China can achieve its goal of economic growth of around 7 percent in 2015.
