Main opposition candidate was arrested in Uganda in three days of elections



Kampala, Feb 15 (EFE) .- Police detained on Monday the main opposition candidate in Uganda Kizza Besigye, three days before the presidential election by trying to get into the capital along with their supporters in a demonstration that does not It had been authorized by the government.
