With operations in 37 countries and more than 20,000 employees, Stefanini is the fifth most internationalized Brazilian company, according to the ranking of the Dom Cabral Foundation in 2015. According to the CEO, internationalization is one of the most important pillars to achieve growth targets. Of company revenues, 40% is exported. "The international presence is a key differentiator for Stefanini," explains the entrepreneur who this year opened an office in Ontario, Canada, and one in Singapore.
The revenue forecast in 2016 it does not pass. "Honestly, I do not know. It will be a challenging year and variation of currency, "he explains. Challenges, however, can be opportunities and it gives a clue: the acquisitions will be part of the strategic growth plan of your company in the global market next year. It remains to be seen.
