Iraq was fully informed about the US plan to send special troops, says Kerry

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The Iraqi government was fully informed about the US plans to send US special forces to Iraq, and the two governments will decide together where the military will go and what they will do, said Secretary of State US, John Kerry, on Wednesday.
