MIAMI'S BEST EATS AND DRINKS THIS WEEKEND: CHRISTMAS HAPPY HOUR, KING MANGO STRUT, AND BRUNCH

It's Christmas Day. By now you've drank all the egg nog, opened your gifts from Santa, and spent enough time with the family to start going nuts.
The day after Christmas means trips to the mall to return the stuff that didn't fit, but it's also a good time to spend time with friends.  Enjoy a few drinks with the people you love.

If you're like much of Miami, you spent yesterday cooking for the big nochebuena celebration. Tonight, take yourself out to dinner. Christmas Day Happy Hour 
If you're getting a little stir crazy from spending the day indoors watching reruns of Elf and Scrooged, head over to RA Sushi today for a happy hour. RA Sushi opens at 4 p.m. on Christmas day, offering happy hour from 4 to 11 p.m. Enjoy hot sake for $3, well drinks for $5.25 and half priced sushi and appetizers. There are also specials on beer, wine, frozen cocktails, and premium drinks.



King Mango Strut
On Sunday, December 27, Coconut Grove's annual lunacy, the King Mango Strut, returns for its 34th year. Starting at 2 p.m., the parade begins at Commodore Plaza and winds itself through the streets of downtown Coconut Grove where residents of Miami's bohemian neighborhood poke fun at Donald Trump, Kim Davis, and Florida Power & Light, to name a few. Get to the Grove early and nab a seat atLulu's, GreenStreet, or any of the town's other restaurants for the most entertaining Sunday brunch you've ever had.

Sunday Brunch at Bourbon Steak
If  the family is in town for the weekend and you want to take them someplace fancy, you can't do much better than Bourbon Steak. The tony Turnberry restaurant offers a three-course brunch featuring items like Maine crab cake benedict, Delmonico steak & eggs, and grilled Scottish salmon. There's also a build your own bloody mary bar — essential when entertaining the folks. Brunch is served Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is $65 per person.
