Know a trailer tailored to today

Having completed his studies at Wharton and the International University of Monaco, Geneva Long decided to undertake, update and relaunch a lost brand. His father, John, spent the first years of his retirement restoring a travel trailer Bowlus Road Chief in 1935 to travel with their European vintage cars. In the first deal of Geneva, she, her father and her mother joined and acquired the Bowlus brand.

Originally developed by Hawley Bowlus in the years after releasing the construction of the Spirit of St. Louis airplane, Bowlus Road Chief was 80 years ahead of its time. Bowlus, who later became a world leader in glider design and worked on the development of the Learjet brought the principles of engineering and aircraft design and racing cars to travel trailer: light weight, low center of gravity, stable aerodynamics and none cm square wasted. The original Bowlus remains a luggage efficiency of wonder and modern design, which is why the few surviving units are sold by high values at auction.
