The Green Life Oregon, first marijuana shop in the city of Gold Beach, Oregon, will be equipped with a drive-thru, according to the newspaper "Curry Pilot".

The newspaper says that this is the first store in the country, which may be true in terms of recreational marijuana. However, Detroit has at least three establishments with drive-thru.

It seems, Gold Beach is getting the new grass of the tourist office with open arms. "I saw the business plan, I met with investors and believe that this investment will be an asset to the area", said the economic development director of Curry Julie Schmelzer county to "Curry Pilot". "His plans for expansion and additional features can help Gold Beach and the west coast to become a destination for those interested in the new green tourism and we are lucky to be part of it."

Although it is convenient and useful for people who do not move around as well as the others, drive-thru face problems because customers can not see or smell the product closely. Thus, it may be best to repeat customers who know what they want.

The new store is scheduled to open on April 20, the day also known as 420, an unofficial holiday of marijuana.

In October, the state of Oregon officially allowed the sale of recreational marijuana. Currently, DC, Colorado, Alaska and Washingon also allow some form of recreational use of cannabis, while 23 states allow some form of medical marijuana.
