New York - Natalie Portman is creating an Oscar buzz for his latest role as iconic Jacqueline Kennedy in new movie "Jackie" which was shown at the New York Festival this week.
Natalie Portman, 35, who has won an Oscar for best actress for the film "Black Swan" on ballet, 2010, plays Jacqueline Kennedy in the days immediately after her husband's murder, the US President, John F. Kennedy in 1963.
Struggling with grief conflicting emotions, anger and loss of faith, the performance of the actress is seen by observers as one of the main competitors of the season awards in Hollywood, which ends with the Oscars in February.
"Jackie" debuts in US theaters on December 2.
