The US Secretary of State, John Kerry, arrived in Moscow on Thursday (24) with a guitar and a secret case that announced to be a "secret with Putin."
While the secretary did not disclose the contents of the case, despite the insistence of journalists, he said he carries the guitar with the world. The Russian media has reached a guess that the instrument was a birthday present to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergei Lavrov.

The head of US diplomacy also stated that a survey of sanctions against Russia will be possible when armaments and troops are withdrawn from Ukraine, fulfilling the agreements "Minsk-2".
"Repeto the promises of President Obama that sanctions will be lifted if all the points of the Minsk agreements are met, including the removal of all weapons and troops and return of the sovereignty of the Ukrainian border," Kerry said at the end of the meeting.
"We know that in recent years there have been disagreements between Russia and the US, but substantial discussions like the one that occurred today lead to better results. Momentary or inevitable, this is the way we choose to solve important problems that the world is facing" he added.
In early March, Barack Obama extended the sanctions imposed against Russia in March 2014 due to the Ukrainian crisis. The US President has the power to lift the sanctions at any time, according to the embassy of the country.
