Bill on toilet paper: giant executives like Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook, and Tim Cook, Applealso were against the measure of Pat McCory

In February, the Mayor of Charlotte, North Carolina, town managed to pass a law allowing transgender people to use public bathrooms according to the gender with which they identify themselves and that in which were identified at birth.

As expected, opposition groups with more conservative thinking started a strong campaign against the measure.

The dissatisfied with the project relied on the support of Pat McCory, former Mayor of Charlotte and current Governor of the u.s. State, which then passed a State law preventing the municipalities act autonomously in situations like this and decreeing that people should only use toilets that corresponded to their birth sex.

As expected, the decision did not please the social movements, particularly those belonging to the LGBT cause, which soon rose up in a campaign against what they called backsliding on civil liberties.

In the face of all the controversy, the pró-LGBT side has found a creative way to protest against the "HB2", as the measure was known.

The Agency McKinney decided to send the message as didactic as possible on whatever it is done with the amendment: printed the text of the law on rolls of toilet paper.

The action was created to support the campaign led by Equality NC and the Humans Right Campaing, two organizations that work to protect the social rights of the LGBT community in North Carolina.

As part of the campaign, the Agency also released a video in which he explains howthe HB2 not only hurts the individual rights of transgender people as well as affect the business, since large companies such as PayPal gave up to open branches in the State once the law came into force.

Giants executives like Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook, and Tim Cook, Applealso have positioned themselves against Pat McCory measure.
