What is the best carnival in Brazil?
Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and Olinda are considered the best. But definitely the Rio Carnival is the largest, most visited and most famous, not only in Brazil but in the world. So the Rio Carnival is considered the samba capital.

Where should I stay in Rio?
Try to stay in the South Zone of Rio, where it is not only the most beautiful and safe area, but also offers the best infrastructure. Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon are better, more developed and above-market prices, especially in the last two quarters.
