North Korea may be ready to launch long-range missile soon, says agency

SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea may be preparing to launch a long-range missile within a week, said the Japanese Kyodo news agency on Thursday (local time), citing an official from the Japanese government unidentified.

The authority cited signs of possible preparations for a missile launch, according to satellite imagery analysis.

North Korea conducted its fourth nuclear test on January 6, which should result in new sanctions at the United Nations.
