Rimowa revamps its e-commerce in Brazil



The German Rimowa, producer of bags and accessories for travel, renewed Rimowa Shop, your virtual sales platform, and made it fully integrated at eight retail stores in Brazil. Besides the new layout, the site has the simplest navigation, practical and fast.

Some tools have been refined, such as "Tell Me", which informs by e-mail when the desired product becomes available for purchase, and "Favorites" where you can compare products and preference share by email. The space "My Account" allows you to update user information, track orders and manage bookmarks and registration. Already in the "My Orders" you can now view the history of selected products, track the status of new orders and view comments about deliveries.

The new layout lays the foundation to offer an efficient experience, adapting automatically to the device used, whether computer, tablet or smartphone. True to the aesthetic concern, the site is filled with high quality images, allowing the display of bags in 360 degrees. You can also filter the options by price range and size.

The delivery of products covers the entire national territory and deadlines vary according to region. For the state of São Paulo, the average time is four to seven business days after confirmation of payment.
