Ringo Starr is also left-handed. But as Kurt Cobain and Paul McCartney, he uses his right hand to play drums. The custom, however, is not caused by limitations in the instrument: the whole drum kit can be adapted for left-handed - for it is only reverse the positions of the pieces.
