São Paulo - Well known for its watches inspired by military aviation universe, Bell & Ross timepieces presented recently at Baselworld 2016, a new trio inspired this world: Bell & Ross BR-03 Desert Type, with a camouflage motif tone sand, designed to meet the needs of air forces operations in desert climate locations.

The release of the box is completely designed in matte black ceramic material known for its lightness, resistance to high temperatures, acids, corrosion and erosion and also for its hypoallergenic properties and tendency to adapt the user's body temperature. The model crystals have antireflective coating and the bezel is secured to the housing by four screws at the ends, which helps to increase the water resistance of the parts to 100 meters.

The display has been designed to deliver maximum readability, with numerals and hands inspired by analog navigation instruments. It is composed of two overlapping inserts: a beige top with cutouts in numerals and indexes and a second black with black luminescent coating. This promotes optimal readability during the day, with contrast provided by coloring and night because of the luminescence emitted by the indicators.

The "captain" of this team is BR 03-94, a chronograph equipped with the BR-CAL.301 gauge, based on an ETA 2894-2 in a 42 mm box. It has a second counter for the central chronograph and accumulator 30 minutes to 9 hours. The indication of hours and minutes is central, while the small seconds are at 3 o'clock. The date is in a window between 4 and 5 hours.

A simplified version of the model is BR 03-92, also with 42 mm box and equipped with the BR-CAL.302 gauge (modified from a 2892-A2 ETA). The piece is indication of hours, minutes, central seconds, and has a date between 4 and 5 hour window.

BR S is already equipped with a quartz gauge (BR-102 CAL without supplier's specification.) In a box slightly smaller than their predecessors: only 39 mm. In this version, the second statement is made in a subdial at 6 o'clock and the date window is between 4 and 5 hours.

All parts are finished with a beige calf leather strap, accompanying the tone displayed on the display. The chronograph model has a suggested price of $ 6000; the version of three-pointers out for $ $ 4,300; and the quartz model costs $ 2,900. The figures do not include taxes and fees.
