Singapore, Aug 5, 2016 (AFP) - A bag with dinosaurs designs designed by an autistic teenager was exhausted after the photographs of the wife of the Prime Minister of Singapore using the White House viralizaram.
Sales of blue handbag $ 11 with a picture of dinosaurs soar since Ho Ching was photographed with one during the official visit of her husband, Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Hsien Loong, the United States this week.
Ho bought the attachment at the end of last week at a charity act Resource Center for Autism (ARC) in Singapore, which is a counselor.
Dinosaurs were designed by See Toh Sheng Jie, 19, student of Pathlight school for young people with autism, administered by the ARC.
Ho photograph the bag with the White House became viral and the 200 units that were in stock were sold in one day, according to the educational center, detailing that usually take months to sell this amount of bags.
The family See Toh also found himself in the spotlight of the media, but for the adolescent son of a taxi driver and lover of dinosaurs and insects, nothing has really changed.
When AFP visited the family apartment, the young man was sitting at the table drawing dinosaurs and watching television.
"When the school told us that Ho Ching had taken Sheng Jie bag to the White House, we thought it was a joke," he said the father, Jason, told AFP on Friday, telling his son was delighted to see the image the prime minister's wife with their design.
