The ethics committee of FIFA announced the ban on former president of CONCACAF, Jack Warner, of any activity geared to football. He is one of the names linked to President Joseph Blatter in the investigation that the Swiss Justice started last week. According to the committee, Warner various irregularities committed throughout his tenure as president of the Caribbean Football Confederation (CONCACAF).

He received fees in the choices Cups 1998 and 2010 and is accused of accepting bribes to favor the candidate Mohammed Bin Hammam in FIFA presidential elections in 2011.
Warner is also investigated in transaction with Blatter. The FIFA president would have signed a contract with CONCACAF, then headed by Jack Warner, for far below market value.

The Swiss broadcaster Schweizer, who had access to the contract, says Blatter
