Immigrants suffer "extreme research", says Donald Trump
Washington - The candidate of the Republican Party for President of the United States, Donald Trump, said that people from countries like France, which, according to him, are vulnerable to terrorism, can be submitted to the policy of "extreme research" proposed by him in the question immigration as an element capable of stopping attacks in the United States.
When asked whether the proposal may lead to a point where a not very large number of foreign people get permission to enter the United States, Trump said, "Maybe we get to that point." He added: "We have to be smart, we have to be vigilant and we must be strong."
In an interview that will air on Sunday to "Meet the Press," Trump also rejected allegations that its position to demand that the allies of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) pay their participation is a mistake and defended the founder of Fox News Roger Ailes, who left the network amid sexual harassment charges. Trump also criticized Vice newly chosen Hillary Clinton, Tim Kaine, by accepting gifts when he was governor of Virginia, denied that his Republican Party's nomination acceptance speech was "grim", calling it "optimistic", and expressed disapproval of David Duke, former leader of the Ku Klux Klan who is seeking a seat in the Senate by the state of Louisiana.
In an interview with NBC, Trump drew attention to "specific problems" in Germany and France - the two countries have been shaken by deadly attacks in public places in recent weeks. The host of "Meet the Press," Chuck Todd asked if the proposed Trump limit immigration from France, considering that the country was vulnerable to terrorism.
Trump agreed that the country is more vulnerable to terrorism and added: ". It is their own fault because they allow people to take their territory," said Trump. He then defended his policy of "extreme research". "We have to be tough, we have strict standards ... If a person can not prove what must be able to prove, it will not come to this country."
