Photos show fright and run antelopes after threat of attack by crocodile
Animals were trying to drink water at the place where crocodile was; "There were at least five attacks," says photographer
An amateur photographer recorded the moment a group of impala - a type of antelope - trying to dodge a crocodile in a river in the Kruger National Park in South Africa.
"Whenever an impala was within reach, the crocodile jumped out of the water. At times when I went there, there were five attempts, but every time the impala escaped," says John Mullineux.
According to him, the drought makes avoidance only small lakes in rivers as a source of water for the animals - which increases the density of crocodiles in the water.
