The white cop who appears in a video giving a key arm in a black student before you drop it from your chair and drag it by the classroom floor where he was, in the US, was fired on Wednesday (28) .
An internal investigation concluded that the officer Ben Fields violated police regulations in action, Sheriff Leon Lott said, the Richland County, South Carolina, where the case occurred.
"There is no justification for their actions," Lott said.
A video showing the attack, apparently recorded by another student of high school Spring Valley High, provoked outrage in social networks.
The recording shows the police entering the classroom. He briefly chat with the girl - who is sitting at the table - before picking it up by the neck, throwing her to the ground and dragging it.
She does not seem to resist.
Curtis Wilson, spokesman for the Police Department Richland County, said in a news conference that the teen several times received the order to leave the room - for reasons not informed - but refused.
The case comes at a time that police brutality is in evidence in the United States after a series of incidents - some fatal - involving police and men or black boys.
