Yes, you read that right: a biotech company of Philadelphia seeks to revive 20 people. And they got Ethics approval of a body of Directors of health of the United States and India to play the idea forward.

Within six weeks the company, called Bioquak, will use a project called Reanimates to try to bring these people back to life.

Patients are clinically dead and rely on appliances to keep active. minimally The Bioquak plan to use stem cells, nerve stimulation and other techniques to try to reverse the picture.

"To undertake an initiative of such complexity we're combining biological regenerative medicine tools with other medical devices typically used to stimulate the central nervous system in patients with other severe disorders of consciousness", explains Dr. Ira Shepherd, CEO of the company.

According to the The Next Web, Bioquak is based on recent studies that suggest that there is still some brain activity and blood flow after brain death, but that's not enough for the body to continue operating normally. There are other creatures that can reverse the picture with regeneration, repair or completely remodeling parts of the brain.

Shepherd believes that the first results should be seen in the first two or three months. "It represents the first attempt by the type and another step toward a possible [process of] reversal of death."
