Brand creates nude lingerie line with 7 different shades of skin color

After Louboutin designer bet on a line of sneakers with different shades of nude, an American brand is gaining Internet to create lingerie in 7 color skin tones.

The collection "Nude for All" ( "Nude for All" in literal translation from English) Cobra brand ranges from the palest beige tone, through yellow and ending in colors that match the skin of black women. The sets are available in three different models.

Catalina Girald, creator of the brand, said he realized that the nude in the fashion world was an issue during the 2012 Olympics, when he saw the black gymnast Gabby Douglas using a nude leotard not struck with the tone of your skin. It was there that the designer realized that the notion of nude could be very racist and not respecting ethnic differences.

To complete, the advertising campaign of the collection is starring ordinary women, not models. So it is easier for consumers to identify with people who are using the lingerie brand.
