CNN accuses Trump's son-in-law of taking official office to promote family business

CNN has accused Jared Kushner, son-in-law and adviser to the US president, of using his official job to promote family business.

Kushner plays an important role in Trump's administration. He is married to the president's daughter, Ivanka Trump.

CNN's accusation is based on the fact that Kushner family companies continue to cite their name in advertisements aimed at the Chinese public. The president's son-in-law's family works in the construction and real estate sectors. The group of companies, of which Kushner is a partner, has already apologized in the past for continuing to use his name in promotional material.

According to CNN, Kushner-affiliated companies celebrated on the Internet the fact that "this boy was able to elect Trump."

At other times, Kushner has been charged because their companies have offered to Chinese invest 500 thousand dollars in real estate under construction, to take advantage of the US visa program to investors. This national program provides for the issuance of 10,000 visas per year, to those who have invested large sums in the country.

Kushner, for the time being, did not react to the new charges.
