Canadian Court held that it would not be possible to prove that there was penetration dog
The Supreme Court of Canada has caused an outcry by allowing sex between humans and animals "as long as there is no penetration." The measure came to the court order given to a man convicted of 13 counts of sexual abuse of his stepdaughters, including a "bestiality" (sex with animals). Identified as DLW, he was sentenced to 16 years in prison for abuses committed against children, but acquitted for having involved the animal on crime.
The court accepted the justification of man's lawyers that it would be impossible to prove whether or not penetration into the animal. The decision that was absolved by 7 votes to 1.
According to the lawsuit, the accused has peanut butter on the genitals of the victims and "offered" to the family dog while filming the action, according to the court records. Organizations fighting for the rights of animals demonstrated the respect and begged for modernization in retrogressive laws that do not protect the dogs.
"Starting today, Canadian law allows abusers use animals for their own sexual satisfaction. This is completely unacceptable, contrary to the expectations of society and can not continue," said the executive director of the organization Animal Justice, Camille Labhuck.
