Washington - The presumptive Republican candidate in the presidential elections of the United States, Donald Trump, rose on Sunday its racist tone to again criticize the Mexican origin of the judge investigating his university and state that it is "absolutely possible" that a Muslim magistrate treat you unfairly.
Far from acquiring a more moderate tone now that is the inevitable Republican candidate for the November US elections, the tycoon said today that Gonzalo Curiel judge treated him "hostile manner" to investigate allegations of fraud against the University Trump.
The University Trump was portrayed in court papers of the Southern District Court of California as an unscrupulous business that pressed poor students to acquire courses on real estate and finance with enrollment of nearly $ 35,000.
The judge ordered a week ago the publication of the case, opened in 2010, and since then Trump spared attacks and accused Curiel taking the decision to publish the documents by their Mexican origins and reaction to the proposal mogul to build a wall between Mexico and the United States.
"I say that (the judge) is inclined. I want to build a wall. I want to build a wall", he insisted today Trump.
During the interview, the tycoon was asked if he thought a Muslim judge could treat him unfairly by another of his conflicting proposals: prohibiting entry to the United States of all Muslims as a precaution before the alarm jihadist terrorism.
"It would be possible, absolutely," said Trump, extending his criticism of Muslim judges.
The offensive against Trump Curiel bothered important Republican leaders, as President of the House of Representatives, Paul Ryan.
"The comment on the judge simply was out of place, in my judgment. It is a reason that is not related. I completely disagree with the idea," Ryan said this week in an interview with television station "WISN" in your state Wisconsin.
