Teste de míssil balístico submarino em Pyongyang, Coreia do Norte, em 24 de abril de 2016

North Korea was able to increase the accuracy of their ballistic missiles with a range up to 1300 km, reports the Yonhap agency quoted a government source in South Korea. The information is of Sputnik Agency.

The source added that the three tested ballistic missiles on 5 September reached the air defense zone in Japan, having covered about a thousand kilometers and fallen into the sea in an area with a radius of one kilometer, according to Yonhap.

Thus, the possible diversion of Nodon class of missiles according to Western classification, was below the limit of 2 to 4 km, also says the agency.

"It's hard to predict what might happen if these missiles are equipped with nuclear warheads or biochemical weapons," the source added.

Last Friday (9), North Korea announced the successful completion of a new nuclear test. All three launched missiles fell in the exclusive economic zone of Japan, which was evaluated as a direct threat to the security of the country.
